Saudi Media Forum Launches with Cultural Experience Enhancing the Kingdom’s Global Presence

The Saudi Media Forum activities officially kicked off with the arrival of media leaders, decision-makers, and international experts in AlUla Governorate, the forum’s strategic partner — marking a new model of integration between media, culture, and tourism in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The opening program featured curated cultural and tourism tours to AlUla’s most prominent historical and natural landmarks, introducing guests to the Kingdom’s rich heritage and positioning AlUla as a global example of heritage preservation aligned with sustainable development.

This initiative reflects the forum’s approach to activating the Kingdom’s soft power tools, with media serving as a vital platform for conveying Saudi Arabia’s authentic image and strengthening its cultural, tourism, and economic presence internationally — a core objective of the Saudi Media Forum.

Organizers emphasized that launching the forum in AlUla underscores their commitment to delivering a comprehensive guest experience that extends beyond traditional sessions and panel discussions, fostering direct cultural and human engagement with the Kingdom and deepening understanding of its ongoing national transformations.

These visits are expected to generate impactful global media coverage, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading international destination and strengthening the Saudi Media Forum’s role as a strategic platform for positive influence and national soft power, in alignment with Vision 2030.
